In short

PipelineOS is a UK lead generation agency running Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, websites and CRM automation for trade and local service businesses across 52 sectors, from scaffolding and roofing to dental practices, estate agents and IT support. It is run by Marcus from Chandler's Ford, Hampshire, and is the sister agency of Mecosse. Contact is by phone or WhatsApp on 07443 392243.

The problem

Most trade firms do not have a marketing problem

They have a pipeline problem. Work arrives in lumps. Three enquiries in a week, then nothing for ten days. The good months come from a merchant referral or a repeat customer, not from anything you control. So you take the low-margin job in February because the alternative is an idle team.

Almost every fix sold to trades makes that worse. Lead-selling platforms resell the same enquiry to four firms and turn it into a price auction. Directory listings put you on page four. A cheap website looks fine on a phone and has never once told you which page produced a call.

The firms that stop riding the rollercoaster all did the same three things: they got in front of people at the moment of search, they made the website answer the two questions that decide the job, and they stopped losing enquiries in the gap between the phone ringing and someone quoting.

What we actually fix

  • Demand capture. Google Ads on the searches that mean a job today — not brand-awareness impressions.
  • Conversion. A page that answers price, coverage area and proof before it asks for a phone number.
  • Tracking. Calls and forms tied back to the keyword that caused them, so budget follows evidence.
  • Follow-up. Missed-call text-back and CRM chase, because most lost jobs are lost after the enquiry, not before it.
  • Compounding. SEO and Google Business Profile, so in a year part of your pipeline is free.

Illustrative, not a measured result. The point is the shape: the two biggest losses in most trade businesses are the page that failed to convert the click, and the quote nobody chased. Both are cheaper to fix than buying more searches. See the method for how each step is measured.

Coverage

Built for the whole spread of UK service businesses

A Google Ads account for a scaffolder and one for an audiologist share almost nothing beyond the login screen. So rather than one method painted over every trade, there are fifty-two sector write-ups, each with its own job economics, its own wasted-search problem and its own verdict on which channel is worth the budget.

Trades and construction

Trades and construction

Eighteen trades from scaffolding and roofing to drainage, decorating and pest control. The recurring problem is one search term covering a £400 job and a £9,000 job, and a budget that quietly funds the cheap half.

Trade sectors
Building services and energy

Building services and energy

Air conditioning, EV charging, insulation and retrofit, garage doors, security and fire, asbestos. Certification is the first thing the buyer checks, so it has to be in the ad rather than three clicks deep.

Building services
Clinics and healthcare

Clinics and healthcare

Dentists, opticians, physiotherapy, chiropractic, audiology, aesthetics, private GP, veterinary. Competing against a free NHS route, and against advertising rules that decide what you are allowed to claim.

Clinic sectors
Professional services

Professional services

Solicitors, accountants, architects, surveyors, estate agents. Long cycles, high lifetime value, and buyers screening for risk before they look at price. The website does more of the selling than the ad.

Professional sectors
Consumer and local services

Consumer and local services

Gyms, salons, nurseries, garages, home care, driving schools, funeral directors. Higher volume, lower value, and the job usually goes to whoever picks up the phone first rather than whoever bid most.

Consumer sectors
Commercial and B2B services

Commercial and B2B

IT support, contract cleaning, skip hire, self storage. Recurring revenue, so the number that matters is contract value over its life. That one change rewrites what a lead is allowed to cost.

Commercial sectors

Where our own measured track record sits. The live account screenshots on this site come from scaffolding, roofing, glazing and surfacing campaigns. That is what we can open an account and prove. The other sectors carry the research and the method, and each page is explicit about the difference — see how we build campaigns for what that means in practice.

Services

Five things, done properly

You do not need all five. Most firms start with Google Ads for cash flow and add SEO once the ads are paying for themselves.

Google Ads management

The fastest route from spend to ringing phone. Search campaigns on high-intent keywords, call tracking, negative keyword discipline, and a weekly hand on the tiller.

How it works

Meta Ads management

Facebook and Instagram for demand you have to create rather than capture — before-and-after work, local awareness, and retargeting people who visited but never called.

How it works

SEO

Technical fixes, Google Business Profile, local citations and content that earns rankings for the searches your customers actually type.

How it works

Web design

Fast, server-rendered sites built to convert and to be found. No page builder that hides your content from Google behind JavaScript.

How it works

CRM & automation

Every enquiry in one pipeline, missed-call text-back within sixty seconds, automatic chase sequences and booking links.

How it works

Not sure which?

Tell us your average job value and how many quotes you convert. That is usually enough to say which of the five will pay back fastest — and which would be a waste of your money right now.

How we work

Four weeks from first call to a working pipeline

  1. Week one — audit and access

We look at what you already have: existing account history, what your website does to a visitor on a phone, what your competitors are bidding on, and where the enquiries you already get come from. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

  2. Week two — tracking before spending

Call tracking, form tracking and conversion actions go in first. Running ads without this is how agencies report "clicks" for a year. If we cannot measure a job, we will not claim one.

  3. Week three — launch

Campaigns go live tightly: small geography, high-intent keywords only, aggressive negative lists. Deliberately narrow. It is far easier to widen a campaign that is working than to rescue one that burned £2,000 on "scaffolding jobs" searched by people wanting a job.

  4. Week four onwards — optimise, then widen

Weekly search-term review, budget shifted toward what converts, ad copy tested against real enquiries. Once cost per enquiry is stable and profitable, we expand radius and budget.

What you get every month

  • A plain-English report: enquiries, cost per enquiry, which keywords caused them. Not a 30-page dashboard export.
  • A call with Marcus — the person actually in the account.
  • Full access to your own Google Ads and Meta accounts, all month, any time.
  • Honest advice on when to stop. If a channel is not working for your business we will say so rather than bill you for another quarter.

Questions

The things people ask before they call

How quickly will the phone actually ring?

With Google Ads, usually within the first week — you are buying your way in front of people already searching for a scaffolder or roofer today. SEO is slower and compounds: expect movement at three months and meaningful organic enquiry volume at six to nine. Most clients run ads for cash flow now and SEO for margin later.

Do you work with companies outside Hampshire?

Yes. We are based in Chandler's Ford near Eastleigh, and we run campaigns for firms from Cornwall to Newcastle, plus Ireland. Search advertising and SEO do not care where the agency sits. If you want someone who will physically visit the yard, ask — that is realistic within the south.

Do you lock people into contracts?

No. Management is month to month. If a month goes badly you can leave, which is a much stronger incentive for us to perform than a twelve-month contract would be.

Who owns the ad account and the website?

You do, always. We build inside your Google Ads and Meta accounts, or create them in your name. If we part company you keep the account, the conversion history, the website files and the data. Agencies that hold accounts hostage are relying on lock-in rather than results.

Do you sell shared leads?

Never. Lead sellers send the same enquiry to four companies and let you fight on price. Everything we generate arrives in your CRM, from your own advertising account, exclusively yours.

How do you charge?

A flat monthly management fee for advertising and SEO, month to month with no minimum term, and a one-off project fee for websites and CRM builds. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Google or Meta on your own card — we never mark it up and never take a percentage of it, because a percentage fee rewards an agency for spending more of your money. What the fee comes to depends on scope, so ring and we will give you a number on the call rather than a week later.

Two minutes

Tell us three things and we will tell you if this is worth doing

What you do, where you work, and what a job is worth. That is enough for us to say whether there is enough search demand in your area, what a realistic cost per enquiry looks like, and whether the arithmetic works.

The form does not submit anywhere. It writes the WhatsApp message for you and you send it, so nothing sits on a server waiting to be chased by a sales sequence.

Prefer to talk? 07443 392243 goes straight to Marcus.

Get a straight answer in two minutes

Fill this in and it opens WhatsApp with your details already written out. Nothing is submitted to a server and nothing is stored — it just saves you typing.

Add your name and your town so we know who we are talking to.

We reply the same working day. No sales sequence, no auto-enrolment into anything.

Talk to a human

Tell us what a good month looks like

Two minutes on the phone is usually enough to say whether we can help, what it would cost and how long it would take. If we are not the right fit we will tell you who is.
